Who is on the page
Health Share Journal is a magazine about medical cost-sharing. It is not a health share, not an insurer, and not a licensed agency. It is published by ARYX LLC, a health plan administration software company — what that means for what you read here.
We publish reported explainers, not product pages. Scores, rankings, and the comparison table live at our sister publication, Health Sharing Report. If a commercial relationship exists, it is labeled. If a desk is unstaffed, we say so instead of inventing a byline.
The desks
- 01ExplainersHow sharing actually works, in language a guideline document would recognize.
- 02AnalysisSide-by-sides that keep the legal gap in frame: share versus insurance, HDHP, COBRA.
- 03MoneyContribution math, HSA pairing, taxes, and the cases where a subsidy wins.
- 04HouseholdFamilies, self-employed people, chronic conditions, and the people a share will not serve.
- 05AlternativesOther paths people actually take when a monthly premium is the problem.
- 06DispatchWhat regulators, guidelines, and the record currently say — dated, and willing to be updated.
Bylines
Several bylines here are still desks, not people. That is an editorial failure we are willing to show rather than paper over with an invented credential. When a named editor is seated, the slug stays and the name changes.

One policy, both publications
No sourced-looking fiction, no score bought by a partner, and no language that calls a share insurance. If a sentence would be dishonest on the Report, it is dishonest here.
